Sessions with Ciara can be held in person or virtually. You can schedule your first session via Zoom so she can find out your goals and create a personalized program to help you accomplish your goals.

In Person Classes

Full Moon Ecstatic Dance classes are held in person at Bohemian Place in McAllen, Texas, USA. Every full moon, you can find the garden full of movement and Sacred Space at 9:00pm for a 2-hour Ecstatic Ceremony. Join us on the next Full Moon!

Ciara B. Perez

Ciara is an Integrative Life Coach and owner of The Self Senter Virtual Coaching. She serves people locally and virtually from around the world as an integrative healer and coach. She enjoys dance, fitness, travel, painting, meeting new people and volunteering. Ciara has a Bachelor's of Art in Dance and Anthropology from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, a Masters of Fine Arts from Goddard College and various certifications in coaching, art therapy, fitness, massage and bodywork. She is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Natural Healing and Integrative Medicine. She aspires to create a healing retreat and sanctuary to continue coaching and teaching.
